Every microscope is supplied with at least a 1 year warranty.
We have our own service organisation and are able to provide extended warranty and microscope servicing contracts.
Deliveries
We generally are able to deliver the next working day for goods ordered before noon that are in stock to address in mainland UK.
Refund Policy
If you find a fault with your purchased product you can return it immediately for repair , if we cannot repair it we will give you a replacement, if no replacement is available we will give you a full refund (excluding delivery charges). If you are returning it because it is not what you want for some reason then, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the value of the goods less a re-stocking charge and the delivery charge. The restocking charge will be dependent on the re-stocking charge charged to us by the manufacturers, it is typically 8-10 GBP or 15% of the value of the goods costing less than 20.00GBP
